When is the booking confirmed?

After date and capacity checks, your booking is confirmed when the first payment you chose is approved on your bank’s 3D Secure screen. The pickup point is confirmed separately by our operations team.

When is payment taken?

During booking you can pay the full amount online, or pay 50% now and the remaining 50% on tour day. The first payment is taken on the bank’s 3D Secure screen.

Is hotel transfer included?
