  1. The agency may cancel or postpone the trip due to the lack of accurate registration as much as the number of passengers required or due to adverse weather conditions, road obstacles, strikes and lockouts in different areas of the service, terrorism, the possibility of war or war, epidemics, quarantines and other states of emergency. In this case, participation fees are refunded to the consumer in full within the periods to be announced.
  2. If the consumer requests cancellation or changes up to 7 days before the start of the trip, the entire fee will be refunded. It agrees and undertakes to pay 50 percent of the trip price to the agent if it requests a cancellation or change that cannot be realized within less than 7-3 days from the start date of the trip.It agrees and undertakes to pay the entire agent in less than 3 daysIf the consumer requests cancellation or changes up to 7 days before the start of the trip, the entire fee will be refunded.   3. If the consumer documents the reservation of himself or his first-degree relatives with an official report to be received from a full-fledged state hospital, the entire trip price will be refunded.
  4. If the consumer does not inform in writing that he or she will participate in the trip that he or she has missed the start of; the agent has the right to cancel all reservations made on behalf of the Consumer 24 hours after the start date of the trip. In such cancellations, the consumer will not be refunded any fee
  5. The consumer can transfer the tour to any person up to 2 days before the start of the trip. The transferee is responsible together with the transferee for the balance and expenses arising from the transfer.
  6. If the consumer cancels or changes the services purchased from the date of Booking, citing any of the above reasons, the card commission rate will be reflected to the consumer for purchases made with a credit card, regardless of the date of cancellation, change and booking, and the reason for cancellation and change.
  7. If the cost of the transaction with the credit card belonging to the Consumer after the signature of the contract is not paid to the agent by the relevant bank or financial institution for a reason not caused by the agent's defect, the consumer is responsible for the cost of the service and damages arising from non-payment.
