1. Platform & Booking

GetWetTour operates as an online booking platform for tours, outdoor activities, and transfer services. A reservation becomes confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation message or email from our team.

2. User Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically suitable for the activities they book. All safety instructions given by guides and staff must be followed; otherwise, participation may be refused or ended.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes and the services clearly listed as included. If a pay-on-arrival method is offered, the balance must be paid in full before the activity begins.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

For most tours and transfers, cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the activity are eligible for refund review. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are generally non-refundable. If we cancel an activity for weather or operational safety reasons, guests are offered an alternative date or refund support according to the booking terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All original text, graphics, software, logos, and other brand assets on this website belong to our agency. Unauthorized commercial copying or reuse is prohibited.
