Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans can change. We aim to keep the process clear, fair, and easy to follow.

24-Hour Rule

For most tours and transfers, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund under the cancellation terms shown before booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility (24+ Hours)

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time are eligible for a refund according to the booking and activity terms.

2. No Refund (Within 24 Hours / No-Show)

No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or when the guest does not arrive at the pickup or meeting point without notice.

3. Weather & Operational Issues

If GetWetTour cancels an activity because of weather or safety-related operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative date or refund support according to the booking terms.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
