Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans can change. We aim to keep the process clear, fair, and easy to follow.

24-Hour Rule

For most tours and transfers, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund without deductions.

Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund (24+ Hours)

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time are eligible for a 100% refund with no deductions.

2. No Refund (Within 24 Hours / No-Show)

No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or when the guest does not arrive at the pickup or meeting point without notice.

3. Weather & Operational Issues

If GetWetTour cancels an activity because of weather or safety-related operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
